Found Diverse works actively to nurture a startup ecosystem designed for diversity to make sure that we leverage all potential.

95 % of all investments are made into male-only teams, despite the fact that recent studies show that diverse founding teams are likely to outperfom homogenous teams.

Found Diverse is a Danish organisation working to nurture diversity in the startup system. They work in different ways to support more inclusivity and diversity, but common to all activities is a close collaboration with the investors driving the change.

In collaboration with art director Gry Strange Echwald and web developer Andrea Valgeirsdottir, I helped edit texts and create new copy for their online presence.
